Hola compadres,

EASA licensed, European passport, how hard is it to switch to a UK CAA license? How time consuming, what are the steps to take?
And, does the UK license replace your EASA one or can you keep that?

much obliged!

How hard? Depends on so may factors that this is impossible to answer.

Have both? Yes.

Do you hold an EASA ATPL? If so your ATPL exams are (probably) still valid (rolling 7 years). If you only have an EASA CPL then they're (probably) expired (36 months).
