A320 sim dry hire Gatwick

Does anyone know of an A320 sim that is available for dry hire in the Gatwick area?

I have used a good fixed base A320 SIM not too far from Gatwick. The owner used to allow dryish hire with just you; and with him operating the panel to your requirements. This was very useful for practicing stuff by yourself without an instructor seeing your mistakes and deciding the agenda. So it was quite low stress, but the owner was getting increasingly insistent on having an instructor in with you as well, (at double the cost).

I'd like to use the sim with a mate who's a A320 TRE, so dry hire, but with someone who knows what they are doing in the back.

I seem to remember the facility in question were facing a large rental increase, so I hope they are still there. They were very good when I last used them a few years ago.
