Excuse me for being pecky, it is only a squibble of words:
The company is not yet liquidated, the liquidation has been ordered.
Better to say: Robin declared bankrupt.

Which changes nothing to the sadness, of course.

For those who do not master Molieres language: the published letter promises that CEAPR will take care of those seeking support or assistance.

From Wiki.
Robin Aircraft reported bonding issues on the wing spar of multiple DR400 in December 2022. Airworthiness Directive 2022-0267-E was issued by EASA on 27 December 2022.[2] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robin_Aircraft#cite_note-2) This led to a sales slowdown and a subsequent workforce reduction in 2023. Robin Aircraft was placed in safeguard on 22 February 2023, in receivership on 12 September 2023 and went into liquidation on 16 November 2023.[3] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robin_Aircraft#cite_note-3)
