Does anyone know how hiring works in DAT? Interviews, assessments etc for the A320 FO.

I am also interested in this information. Have you already been invited to the assessment?

Only interview which seems to be online. That's why I'm interested in what comes after

I've been to their inteview some years ago. It was very pleasant. They asked few memory items and generic fctm procedures followed by 30 minute sim session with normal tk and then tk with engine failure.
All of us got hired that same day.

Allow me a couple of follow Qs.

What exactly do you mean by "memory items and generic fctm procedures" ?

Was the sim session done in a FNPT II or a differend kind of simulator?

Are you still with DAT? I came across their website where it says they are hiring FOs with A320 rating but no experience. Do you know if they have actually hired FOs with ZERO hours on type?

Your feedback means alot, so thank you once again :)

They are hiring A320 FOs with no hours on type and have done so extensively the last few months.
