A co-worker of mine was talking about two accidents his USMC A-6 squadron, VMA-322, experienced in 1976 while on deployment to the Philippines. He stated that outside of his cruise book memorializing the crew members who died he can’t find any other information about these accidents.

If anyone has any information on these incidents please post or message me directly.

Thanks,
FltMech

Nothing on the Sqn webpage for 1976. Incidents in 1975 and 1977, both in the USA.

two accidents his USMC A-6 squadron, VMA-322, experienced in 1976As far as I can tell the squadron never operated the A-6, probably means A-4. The squadron upgraded to the A-4C in 1971, the A-4E in 1973, and finally the A-4M in 1983, deactivated on 30 June 1992.

I suspect the OP means VMA(AW)-332

There are two accidents in early 1977 that might be the ones
