This model is appearing in spots these days. But the article doesn't offer any details about the cost involved for the new pilot. I'd assume a large amount of self-funding ?

The article says the program will be similar to those in Europe, so I'd agree. Similar articles such as this one (https://www.barrietoday.com/local-news/flair-launching-new-pilot-training-at-collingwood-regional-airport-7420949) state Flair hopes to graduate 10 pilots from the first class, so I'll go on a limb and say they're not going to wear the costs associated with students who don't make it through.
