Hi guys,
In the case of an EASA startup airline, in order to start quick and "light", is it possible to process as below :
- Create a ltd company in a EU country
- Airline operations : Wetlease a B737 to a lessor with a valid EASA AOC that is invoicing the ltd company for the flight operations
- Navigation + Landing fees : Invoiced by the lessor to the virtual airline ltd company
- Ticket distribution via GDS : Using a "marketing" airline as a ticket intermediate distributor such as Hahn Air.
Does the above process seems legal and doable within EU?
