Frozen ATP

Hi

anyone knows if US Airlines hire candidate Pilots holding Frozen ATP (FAA written test w/0 FAA check ride ) ? But more than 6000 hs in heavy jets flown overseas. If possible to take FAA check ride during Airline simulator training ?
