For pilots with fresh a CPL.
If you are happy paying 30k for your convair 340 rating then you have a chance to fly it full of rubber dogs in the Balkans and slightly above. They can even make you a captain in 3 years if you survive few plane crashes.
The best job you can find is in your Home country even if it take years to get in. Fly some 5k hours and then you become attractive to slave operators in the west and middle earth.
I've got 2500 hours and 3 type ratings and all offers I get are no better than my job at Mcdowell's.I rather be flip'n patties and be home every evening to play flight simulator.
