Hello everyone.

I was wondering if holding an ATPL theroy could open any opportunities to any aviation job (on ground for instance) in order to work in the industry in the meantime of the seeing better day pilot wise

ATPL theory may improve your CV for such offcie positions, like Flight Oeprations Planning and Contol (OCC), Flight Safety (Data processing and monitoring), Quality Assurance and some others.
Anyway - degree is still required for these positions, but additional knowledge of ATPL will give you extra points.
