If you don't mind, I will send you an e-mail / private message with the details of the proposal. As you know the initial plans have now changed again and DIAPC are now in the process of evaluating the 4th such proposal.
Details are very volumous and too much for me to post here. I will e- mail to you.
In summary, I think they are looking at maximum 20 airbridges.
