If the various planned crew rotations go according to schedule French Astronaut Thomas Pesquet will end up as the commander of the ISS later in the year.

The capsule may well be second hand but I'ms sure it's good as new..after all it only had 27 million miles on the clock prior to today's launch...:)

Gotta say, the crew spacesuits are a little 1960s James Bond baddy organisation...I'd say more like a 1950s Boys Own annual. But I suspect a bit more comfortable than the NASA design of a few years back.
Say what you wish about Musk, he's enabled things that most though were just pipe dreams of a fantasist not long ago.

SpaceX given green light to launch Crew-3 mission to ISS, Crew-2’s return date setHaving completed the Flight Readiness Review for the United States Crew Vehicle 3 (USCV-3) mission, NASA, ESA, JAXA, and SpaceX teams have given the green light for Crew-3 to launch on October 31 at 02:21 EDT (06:21 UTC) and for Crew-2 to return to Earth no earlier than November 4.
Crew-3 will mark SpaceX’s fifth crewed mission and their third operational crew flight to the International Space Station (ISS). If this launch window is met, the crew will dock with the ISS on November 1 at 00:10 EDT (04:10 UTC).

Crew-3 will launch NASA astronauts Raja Chari, Thomas Marshburn, and Kayla Barron along with ESA astronaut Matthias Maurer.
NASA and SpaceX have delayed a mission sending four astronauts to the International Space Station to avoid "a large storm system," the agency said Saturday.
The astronauts of "Crew-3" were due to launch aboard a Crew Dragon spacecraft named "Endurance" fixed atop a Falcon 9 rocket from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida on Sunday.
But they will instead aim to launch at 1:10 am (0510 GMT) on Wednesday, which "would have Crew-3 arriving at the space station later the same day about 11 p.m (0300 GMT Thursday)," NASA said in a statement.
They will then carry out "a short handover with the astronauts that flew to the station as part of the agency's SpaceX Crew-2 mission," it added.
Should a launch on that date be impossible, "a backup opportunity" is available on November 4, SpaceX said on its website.
Nasa has announced a rare health-related delay in its SpaceX (https://www.theguardian.com/science/spacex) rocket launch of four astronauts to the international space station, the second postponement of the mission in a week, citing an unspecified medical issue with one of the crew.
The space agency on Monday described it as a “minor medical issue” that was “not a medical emergency and not related to Covid-19”, but it declined to elaborate on the nature of the problem or say which astronaut was involved.
