China medical and LVH or RBBB

Has anyone any ideas regarding the Chinese medical with heart conditions LVH and or RBBB, it seems I have been sporting a little too intense in the past and might have a bit of a "sport heart", no problem whatsover in EASA land but interested in the China salaries now….
Any leads or where to find more is appreciated.
