I currently have a UK CPL with 300 hrs total time and Class 1 medical issued in the UK. I've recently come across BARTOLINI AIR based in Lodz Poland. Incredibly they offer the MEP for 2450 Euro and the IR for 8000 Euro flying the rather nice Tecnam p2006 equipped with G1000. Those prices are all in included test fees and aircraft hire! I'm informed that all I have to do then is fill in some forms in Poland on successful completion and then the CAA in Gatwick will add the MEP/IR to my license...
Is it me or is this too good to be true???! Has anyone else trained with them who could give me some honest feedback? Is there any real disadvantage training in Poland if I am then looking to fly for small UK based operators. I also wonder about revalidation after one year??? Like I said, feedback, insights much appreciated! :-)
