Delta's Sydney base

So I came across a twitter user the other day who said she was a FA at Delta's base in Sydney. I had no idea that Delta even had a base in Sydney. Can someone fill me in? I'm currently on the hunt for a flying job in Sydney or Melbourne and would of course consider Delta - it was just until now I didn't even know they had a base there!

I looked on their careers website and of course there is nothing advertised to back this up - so I was hoping you guys could help me!

Simple answer = Delta doesn't have a cabin crew base in SYD

Only foreign ones I can think of is VS who used to base some crew in SYD (but changed it to the VS-DJ exchange) and I think China Southern or Eastern recently hired some Sydney-based Aussies... aside from that, none that I know of for CC. Sure she was CC?
