Its not Lopez island. Looked at it on google earth. Lopez islands unway has centrlines and is a different colour and has a parallel taxiway. The runway in the video has not.

The poser of the vid said it wasnt Lopez, he wont say where it is.

It seems it is Mountain Air Airport, North Carolina, USA.

AirNav: 2NC0 - Mountain Air Airport (http://www.airnav.com/airport/2NC0)

There are other videos of same airstrip on Youtube showing San Juan Airways Cessna aircraft departing from this airstrip. And also a PC-12 arrival and departure. I do not think San Juan Airways flies to North Carolina.
