I was at LHR yesterday and on the dep/arr boards BMI were operating to/from Cranwell? I would be interested to know why?

What was the airfield code on those flights? Was it CWL? I believe that is 'Cardiff, WaLes'.

No it was on the main dep/arr boards and listed as Cranwell in full.
