Unfortunately, in order to work for a Japanese airline (not under contract)you have to be Japanese. There is a web site for one of the Japanese airline pilot unions where you can post your inquiry to see if anything has changed but I don't remember the address. Anyone?

KingAir is correct about direct entry to any of the Japanese Airlines, Flightboy, however, there are occasionally vacancies that arise for employment with these companies, via one of the contracting companies.

Drop me an email if you want more info.
