CA6 Result LOST~~~!!

A friend of mine is about to unfreeze his ATPL and to his dismay he cant find his CA6 certificate.....~~~~! :ugh: Wat can he do to get a duplicate COPY????:confused: anyone has any experience dealing with this? CA6 certs are issued by UK CAA .

He is a Malaysian CPL holder.

best option would be to go to the Malaysian DCA building in putrajaya to ask for their opinion.he can also go back to his flying school in which he took the exam and ask for proof of sitting of the exam or something..
