These companies are safe.
I bet they're hiring coz they're also losing pilots joining the bigger carriers. The Chief Pilot of Sea air used to be my schoolmate, a great colleague during our instructing days. You can send me PM for his contact#.

Seair may be hiring, but Asian Spirit didn't take up a lot of the applicants who answered their last call. They took their exams, got interviewed and everything and were waiting for their training slots but that never materialized. I don't know if it's true but I hear they have a surplus of pilots. Perhaps someone closer to Asian Spirit knows the real score?
