UK criminal record for the german LBA

Hi,

I need to get hold on my criminal record (which is blank!! :) ) from england.
I have a german ATPL (issued by the LBA) and am working for an airline in europe. LBA wants me to get my criminal record for their security check, even though I've been in my airline for 5 years now.

Does anyone know where I get it. Have tried to contact the criminal records bureau, but they send me on the the metropolitan police who couldnt help me.

Anyone in the same situation, who knows what to do ?
