Does anyone know if there has been any discussion relating to raising the age limit for single crew commercial air transport in UK/Europe above 60?
I know that ICAO are aligning with JAR for multi crew, but all the arguments presented to create that change can really be applied to single crew ops assuming a Class 1 Medical and OPCs etc are current.
Clearly this really applies to GA and - guess what - mine is the helicopter sector and I am approaching 60!
