I'm looking for opinions from those with an Idea......

Is command time on a Twotter or Bandit better in the logbook compared to F/O time on a Metro/Dash/SAAB 340 ?????

I have a couple of opportunities at the moment and my long term goal is Cathay..... So if anyone has a constructive opinion I'd like to hear it....... Is the size of the machine an issue? or is Multi Crew in a Bandit or Twotter just as good as Multi Crew in a Metro????

In my opinion, it would depend on how long the upgrade time is on the larger equipment. If we're talking a year or so take the saab etc, any longer and I'd take the twotter or bandit.

You can't beat command time, and I think that command on a twotter or bandit is more valuable that a right seat of a saab etc.
Having said that command on a larger aircraft is obviously better. More responsability etc.

At the end of the day, they all fly the same (turboprops anyway) and the only real difference is use of the pressurisation system. And that makes the job easier with no more anal 6 or 7 times profiling.

My opinion anyway
Goodluck and cheers
