NOTAMS, VFR info, wx and plates for Europe

Where is the best place (preferably online) to get hold of the above information? I'm planning a VFR exped across France, Belgium and Deutchland and would appreciate some pointers.

For a quick TAF/METAR weather check you can use http://fly.dsc.net. It covers all of Europe and indeed the world.
