Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how much time I would need to anticipate spending at Gatwick for the class 1 medical.

Half a day - Appointments are either at 8:30am or 12:30pm and last around 3 hours.

Is there a waiting period to get an appointment in the first place?

I was able to book my Initial Class 1 pretty quickly,was offered an appointment within a week.Though do to having to arrange travel over from N.Ireland with flights etc I actually had my appointment within in 2 weeks.
Like metioned the medical takes about 3 hours,I went for the 12pm appointment and when you go you should try the restaurant as they do great food and its super cheap!!:ok:
