The 10 ideas are fairly priceless. Made me wonder what 10 ideas we could come up with here for "fixing" (I mean making them profitable) most of the so-called dinosaur American Airlines.
I know we all like showing our cousins how to do to better and running a profitable airline is something Aussies seem to be good at, well this week anyway.
I particularly liked the slide which said pilots should be made to work at least 70 hours a month.
