Anti-poaching agreement EK and EY?

Yeah there's got to be. 3000+ EK A330 hours but not suitable for consideration by EY. Now if they had met me, I could understand!!!

Weird isn't it. I'm surprised they would have an agreement though, as they're in competition in every other respect.

I thought this was true of all of the regions airlines here, but Gulf Air hired an EK F/O recently. Surely they would have had an agreement too?

Anyhow, thanks for the replies. I'm off to spend my 1.5% pay increase.... :(

Wasn't the EK F/O that went to GF fired by EK?!?

Maybe not that many guys want to leave EK for GF. EK have got a few ex-GF pilots, although most of them are UAE nationals.
