BACX is going to be short of pilots soon.

After having offered redundency and part time
and some people took it up,the management has now realised
they are short of pilots.

Anybody who wants a job,get your cv in quickly.
I have heared up to 40 pilots, mostly F/O,have already left this
year and more and more are handing in there notices now.

If anybody is interested why don't you try

BACX have been recruiting for over a month now, so hardly news. Initial numbers were for around 40 or so new entrants, but the recruiters were well aware that with improving market conditions they were always likely to need more whether the beancounters authorised it or not. Interviews and sim checks have already been under way for a number of weeks, and offers made aleady as I understand the situation.

Plenty of applicants still being processed (1100+ applicants in week 1 alone), so no great drama needed to urge guys to put in CV's. Only hermits would be unaware of the current opportunities at BACX and I doubt they access pprune too often, and I suspect every wannabee in the land has an application on file already. A lengthy thread already well under way and several weeks old in wannabees for anyone who didn't already know.

Common knowledge too that BA mainline are also recruiting, though it would appear only for experienced type-rated crews.
