Do they take DECs? If so, what are the requirements? (PIC time, Jet time aso)

Bounty's input very much appreciated.

Any comments from past or present Netjets crews re: quality of life/ Roster disruption and related issues would be gratefully received. Basically, anything to do with all the intangible aspects that really matter when you've got a family and a life.
