Anybody confirm if Electra Airlines has folded

Yes

However, my understanding is that they didn't actually fold but had their AOC pulled due to maintenance problems.

Nope I wasn't. I was talking about Air Scotland. We were I assume talking at crossed purposes. Having now had dealings with Electra I couldn't agree more with what you said. Just glad i wasn't badly affected.
