EZY LPL-LGW coming soon?
Hello
I have heared somewhere that an EasyJet captian annonced to his pax on a AMS-LPL flight that the next new destinations from LPL are due to be Alicante and Gatwick (this will give LPL a proper link to a primary London airport since BD packed in LHR around 10 yrs ago). Can anyone tell me that this is true or not?, he stated from December but a more realistic start date will probably be in the spring when another 737-700 is due to be based at LPL. This will be fantastic news for LPL if it happens, and also frequency is due to be incresed on existing routes then (e.g. CDG) from what I heared. Any more info?

Not too sure about new routes from Liverpool, but expect some development of new easy services from Luton.
Likely to be a big 'bun fight' locally next week!
