And wow there are plenty to pick from at CWL for sure…..EDI, GLA, NCL, JER, CDG, GVA etc.

Problem is, if they come and start say EDI and BHD, that could well push LM and EI out, fast forward a few months, and BE MkIII collapses again, we are back to square one.
It would be nice to see them try GLA & JER again, and possibly a few Euro routes if that's in their plan.
NCL and INV would be nice too but I think there's bigger markets to catch first....

If they want to go bust then follow FlyBe's example!

Granted, but at what frequency? The days of 2/3 per day on domestics have gone. Look at BHX to Scotland, or indeed EMA too. The latter, has no services whatsoever.

Id imagine any new airline would be looking at a base where they can operate without completion from the big guns……somewhere where they can gradually grow and build a reputation for their name and brand. Starting off at a major airport such as BHX, MAN, EDI etc against EZY, FR etc is not going to help them.

Pick a suitable base without direct completion and with support and go from there

Specsavers required methinks. BHX to Scotland has 2/3 a day by Easy to both EDI and GLA with Logan serving ABZ 3 x daily.

Yes, but compared to the half dozen or so per day pre-pandemic the route is a pale shadow of its former self although larger aircraft somewhat compensate for the more than halving of frequency.

To hope that CWL could attain morning, afternoon and evening weekday services nowadays would be a bit of a stretch.
