If you mean Luton, it doesn't need trains because teams, press, VIPs & supporters will be handled by door to door transport.

I see from FR24 there are currently 5 pax aircraft and 15 bizjets on the deck, with another couple of bizjets and an Air Europa, Iberojet and ITA on the way. Are there any pics of this bumper day?

Lots of photo on the 'Southend Airport Movements and Operations' Facebook group.
Yes that will be interesting. They will have limited choice, IMO, for short hops if they intend to operate 3 rotations per aircraft because the domestics are available from STN, besides, what UK destinations have been tried from SEN never seemed to have made the grade.
Was good to see EZY recently adding an extra 50 or so departures across all existing routes this winter.

In all seriousness, a few press releases and small scale localised surveys that determine a particular route is sought after provides very limited input to the wider market research they'll already have in place themselves.
I'm not saying a SEN-EDI route is not a possibility but on the grounds of which you demonstrate is hardly much of a meaningful case.

They are not allowed, as confirmed by the airport as few weeks ago
The flight times being advertised with the holidays are not confirmed and are just provisional at this stage.
All passenger flights operated to/from London Southend will be scheduled in accordance with our existing S106 agreement. We have picked up this with easyJet and asked them to amend the advertised flight times.

At some point the winter schedule has been altered. I believe compared to last year the weekly flights are currently ALC 3 (+1), AMS 5 (+1), CDG 2 (-2), GVA 4 (+1), GNB 0 (-1). As before there is some reduction in the quieter weeks.
