Loganair flights for the W19/20 schedule are available to book. Based on the schedule loaded they are planning to BHD, DUB and SEN 4 x Weekly. Flights will operate on a Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday
Further changes are likely between now and the end of October

But.....is the airport and ATC fully licensed now so commercial ops can start?

Surely you're not suggesting that Stobart would allow flights to be sold and indulge in extensive publicity without having the appropriate staffing and licencing approvals in place?
Oh, wait....
Oh, wait....

Unfortunately, the negativity in the case of Stobart at CAX is based on the facts of their previous failure to deliver, shoddy treatment of resident operators, etc which has got rid of a lot of the goodwill that was around.

Loganair's New Routes
If the Loganair website is correct, NYXAIR an Estonian airline (total fleet 3 elderly Saabs , one A, one B, and a freighter) will be helping out with this start up service.

Just curious, but which part of the website - do they show as the operator when you make a booking?

Shows no confidence IMO.
Can you imagine the field day the Press will have, turning up to report and photograph this new dawn for CAX only to find a 30 year old 'Renter' on the tarmac

It's of the same vintage as Loganair's own a/c. Local press tend not to bite the hand that feeds - if anybody does raise it, Stobart will just point to the money they have spent and how they are being prudent, might oaks from tiny acorns etc. Using a stand alone, leased in unit makes sense of the slighty odd schedule of the latest incarnation of the CAX flights.
