Easyjet SFO questions
Ladies and Gentlemen
Please would an EZY SFO be kind enough to tell me the following :
Approx net pay per month
Is there a long waiting list for part time or is it available on joining if crewing req allow .
If successful, can you sit in holding pool until your choice of base available.
I have 4200 TT, 3000 Jet, 1300 PIC Jet but not typed.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry, Bikerjet, not an SFO, but in the meantime I can possibly answer some of your questions.
If you are not rated you would have to join on the dreaded TRSS scheme, basically a 'pay for your own rating over a 5 year period - and lose £5000 a year for the privalege'. An F.O. with some experience at my base asked his base Captain for part time working, and was told he could not as his experience level was such that his performance would suffer - he left and went to a Company where he could!!
The TRSS scheme details!! can be found on the website - think carefully and read the other threads here.
They are more likely to forget all about you if you don't take the original offer, you can express preferences but will go where the Company want you to go.
Commands right to left seem to be drying up at the moment as a shortage of F.O.s mean that those quallified cannot be released for courses and Captains are being trained to do the paperwork in the RHS.
