It seems that French charter & low-cost airline Aeris has lost its battle against bankruptcy - and the long awaited re-investment could not be sourced.
My french is rusty - but that is the impression I got from the following message posted on the Aeris website (www.aeris.fr):
Good luck to all those who are affected!!

Looks like your french is not that rusty - however, they only mention suspending AERIS EXPRESS operations, i.e. the low-cost arm. Maybe that means the charter side of the business is still going on. It was going reasonably strong before they started low-cost scheduled routes.
Cheers
