Uganda: African Star Airways?
I heard rumours about a new outfit: African Star Airways planning to start in Uganda with single aisle aircraft.

Anybody who knows them?

Wasn't there a attempted start-up by the same name a few years ago in South Africa? Planned to operate with 747-300s...?
