AN-26 Crash Landing
A Russian AN-26 with passengers on board made a hard landing a kilometer from the runway in #Yamal.
This afternoon, the An-26 aircraft of @UTair JSC operated charter flight UT 9706 on the route Sabbeta village - Utrenny village on the Gydan Peninsula in the #YamaloNenets
Two crew members and one passenger were injured. In total there were 41 people on board.

It looks like some kind of tarmac surface behind the aircraft, perhaps mistook something else for the runway in poor visibility or else the report of distance from runway is misreported & it overran the runway. Either way, I doubt this will buff out.
